NRG are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our innovative client based in Newcastle City Centre. It essential that candidates have at least 3-5 years experience working in Software and Digital sectors.

Duties of the role include:-

  • Assist the Head of Client Services with the management of day-to-day relationships with existing clients to grow and retain business

  • Ensure contracted services and products are delivered to the clients satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities to secure further business with existing clients

  • Create and submit monthly reports t clients to demonstrate the successful delivery of services and highlight opportunities to continually improve the services delivered or products in use

  • Meet with clients to discuss their ongoing needs regularly

  • Arrange and participate in internal client debrief meetings and planning sessions

  • Develop a forecast of expected business from existing clients for additional opportunities

  • Attend appropriate industry conferences, forums and networking events

  • Seek feedback from clients to help continually improve their service

To be considered for the role you must have:-

  • A track record of successful client account management within the digital and software sectors

  • Strong motivation for delivering excellent customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels

  • Be self-motivated and able to work effectively on your own or as part of a team

  • Be proactive with a desire to succeed
