We are looking for customer focused individuals to join a globally recognised, leading business this month!
You’ll be taking inbound calls from customers with queries relating to their insurance ranging from arranging new policies to amending their current policies. This role is purely customer service – no targets or sales
What do we need from you
· Proven high level of customer service experience
· Confident communication skills
· IT literate and competent using in house systems
· All candidates must pass credit, CRB and reference checks.
Temporary for 12 weeks with a view to achieve a permanent contract.
£8.75 per hour.
These roles are full time. Work patterns will be based on an 8 week rota which means working 5 out of 7 days per week between Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and occasional Saturdays 8am-5pm and Sundays 10-4pm.
