JOB TITLE: Global Senior Trade Marketing Co-ordinator
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support the Global Trade Marketing Manager to plan and deliver all seasonal Global Commercial Calendar needs for DTC (Retail & E Commerce) and wholesale channels. To manage delivery of sales tools, brand assets and guidelines in line with market needs, focusing on the UK & US.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage, develop and deliver global sales tools including; the Barbour Library, Range Directories, Look Books, Swatch Packs, Teasers, Brand Guidelines & Retail Guidelines. Assess costs / usage across markets and suggest developments going forward
Support implementation of the seasonal Barbour, Barbour International & Footwear Global Commercial Calendars. Obtain results from key markets & feedback monthly
Develop strong relationship with UK, BINC & BE Marketing teams and deliver monthly needs on time including window artwork, POS, best practice guidelines
Work with GTMM to support all markets in ensuring development of key partners marketing plans, execution & analysis
To support development of centrally developed sell through support tools including; Imagery / Video content, POS packs/VM guidelines/GWP development/Promotion ideas
Understand competitor activity in market online & offline to influence future season campaigns and plans
To support GTMM in delivery of Global launch events each season
Brief internal Graphic Design team & external agencies on artwork and branding needs in line with the Commercial Calendar and Brand Guidelines
Undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management.

Degree level education
Marketing qualification at degree or post graduate level
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous marketing experience (3-5 years) in trade marketing role or similar
Good appreciation for style and fashion
Demonstrates high standards of attention to detail
Able to work well under pressure, remain calm and demonstrate this style to others
Information Technology including: Outlook, Word, experienced use of Excel, PowerPoint & Internet packages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally
Flexible methods with a positive approach to change
Extremely self motivated
Able to work by self along with good team working skills
Pleasant and efficient telephone manner
Strong organisational and time management ability
Willing to go the extra mile and demonstrate commitment to the role/ company

The job will require travel within the UK from time-to-time (possibly international).
Driving license essential
