Operational Lead - 12 Month FTC - £35k
Our client is a leading global brand who is looking to recruit an Operational Lead. The role is based on the outskirts of Newcastle and is a 12 month fixed term contract with the view of being made permanent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of various services in line with project requirements. Candidates must have experience deploying, administering, and troubleshooting technologies in networking, telephony, Wifi and LANs.
Point of esculqation for 1st/2nd line
Report on systems and incidents
Provide systems support, including monitoring (Solarwinds) and patch management.
Manage service desk function
Review, QA and influence of end to end designs, component designs, technical implementation plans and component-level build guides with the design and development and project community.
Ongoing review of internal processes, technical implementation approaches and component-level build processes.
System Centre Experience (SCCM)
Windows Server 2008, 2008R2 and 2012 experience
Implementing services and desktop estate
Skype for Business
3rd Line support
Data centre hosting, networking, authentication, storage, security and monitoring
Security best practice awareness (ISO quality standards)
