Our client, a leading video game publisher based in Newcastle City Centre is looking for a new addition.
In this role, you’ll be supporting customers via webmail and telephone. By bringing your passion for gaming to your role, you’ll be delighting and astounding customers with your product knowledge while looking for opportunities to improve their gaming experience.
You’ll need the following to be successful in this role:
Native Russian speaker
Strong technical ability– ability to troubleshoot effectively in a technical/PC/Gamer support environment
Good understanding of social media activity, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube
Good spelling and grammar
Quick thinker – work proactively
Good communicator & team player
Able to work on own initiative
Experience of Customer Support ticketing tools, a knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
These roles are fixed term contracts for 12 months with a starting salary is £18,200 per annum. You’ll also receive a 3% bonus and a range of fantastic benefit such as private medical insurance, being part of the pension scheme and 22 days holiday per year.
These roles are full time. You’ll work 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 9.30am – 6.00pm and 1.30pm – 10pm.
