Account Manager - Telesales

NRG are working with an international company based in Hoults Yard, Newcastle who are part of the real estate sector and are looking for an Account Manager to join a vibrant yet fast paced team. The role will suit anyone from a telesales background that is highly driven to succeed in a sales environment, whilst having an entrepreneurial flair and work best in a fast paced environment.


Daily responsibilities include:


  • Proactively following up all assigned serviced office opportunities for requirements resulting from incoming internet and telephone enquiries

  • Hitting daily activity KPIs, including call and viewing targets

  • Creation of reports and qualification of prospects to set up viewings for prospects and sell serviced offices and the concept to them

  • Responsibility for particular geographic areas and becoming an 'expert' in those areas whilst feeding back to the team on the markets

  • Develop relationships with the operators and keeping in touch to ensure updated deal reporting is in place

  • Develop the business in line with company objectives and monthly targets

  • Planning time effectively to prioritise development of target sales

  • Build a strong and accurate sales pipeline

  • Be accountable for weekly and monthly forecasting


Background and experience:

  • Must have demonstrated a track record of strong individual sales with a customer service passion and should be able to speak confidently about your previous sales experience and your achievements

  • Have some experience working in a telesales, recruitment or estate environment whilst delivering and exceeding KPIs set

  • Experience in managing and delivering KPIs in line with the company objective

  • Proven sales background and evidence of B2B selling over the phone

  • Business/entrepreneurial focus

  • Team player who is able to work on their own infinitive

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • Excellent and proven negotiation skills - must be able to demonstrate your previous experience when you were required to negotiate
