To support the delivery of key Reward projects through the provision of administrative support, advice and guidance and relevant and timely provision of data. This will include prviding first-line advice and information to stakeholders on the application of relevant HR processes and procedures and relevant legislation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the effective operation of the University’s salary sacrifice schemes,ensuring that they remain fully compliant and effectively communicated to all staff.
Support the development, management and communication of the University’s voluntary benefits provision, liaising with suppliers to derive best value for University staff and minimal administration impact on the University.
Plan , organise and facilitate RBP Trustee Board Meetings and related sub-commitees. Liaise with University managers, trustees, advisers and administrators to ensure full compliance with Trust Deeds and pensions legislation.
In conjunction with scheme administrators and Payroll and pensions colleagues , develop and maintain clear and effective pension communicaitons and faiclitate the dissemination of pensions information .
Provide customer-friendly , high quality advice to managers, staff and HR colleagues on a range of pay, reward and pensions matters.
Generate detailed reports from Core University systems as required.
Develop benchmarking reports as required by the Reward Manager in relation to pay reviews, market supplement cases etc.
Deal with queries from managers in relation to pay policies and processes.
Ensure complaince with GDPR requirements in relation to all aspects of employee rewards and benefits
Liaise with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
