We are looking for an Identity and Access Manager to join the Infrastructure & Operations team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the overall Identity and Access Management strategy within Business Change and Technology to support internal customers and satisfy audit requirements. The position will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of identity and access management solutions, many of which will be integrated with other business or cybersecurity initiatives. The IAM Manager will collaborate with Senior leadership team, business unit leaders, project managers, application owners and support team leads to ensure IAM policies and processes enable business excellence and support core business objective.
Ability to liaise with diverse teams and manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and business impacts
Understanding of various features in IAM deployment and infrastructure components involved therein e.g. Provisioning, Workflows, Connectors, Self-Service Features, SSO, Federation, Reverse Proxy, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, Directory Servers, Application Servers, Web Servers
Demonstrated expertise in Information Security procedures and technologies, including experience with key IAM methodologies and technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directoryand Exchange Integration, SQL, SSO, ACL, PAM and RBAC.
Experience in designing and supporting an IAM Solution, including Quest One Identity Manager, Active Roles Server and Quick Connect and Microsoft Azure
Other Skills: PowerShell, automation techniques, and SQL
Ability to recommend and evaluate new technology and/or process improvements for IAM management
Industry qualifications CISSP, CISA, MCSE would be beneficial
