NRG are delighted to be working with Trinity Barrister Chambers to identify suitable candidates for the newly titled post of Chambers Director.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the key technical and personal skills that will help drive Trinity Chambers towards success and further growth in the years to come.
Due to the unique nature of this role Chambers management are not necessarily seeking candidates with experience of operating within a barristers chambers, or indeed a legal services environment. The blend of experience and skills required could have been developed from a wide variety of different business disciplines.
Experience of operating in a high level, leadership position with an ability to generate trust and confidence and deal with matters diplomatically and sensitively.
Operational experience interacting across all business disciplines – finance, HR, IT, property etc.
Excellent business development track record – with a strong network of contacts and drive to exploit potential opportunities.
Flexible, dynamic, with initiative and the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with people within and outside the business.
Excellent team manager – able to engage, motivate and develop staff effectively.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary with the potential for a discretionary, performance related bonus.
