NRG are delighted to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing business in the fashion industry who are looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to work on a three month temporary basis with opportunities to be made permanent in North Tyneside.
You must have a passion for fashion, an interest in brands, speak fluent French and be able to communicate effectively with customers all over the world
Hourly Rate: £7.50 per hour
Shift Pattern is based on a rotation: 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm on different days working the occasional Saturday.
To provide customers with excellent product and services knowledge.
To provide customers with a satisfactory resolution to any issues they may encounter during the order and delivery processes.
To develop and maintain consistent, efficient service levels across multi channels – Email, Live Chat and Contact centre.
Proactive in pushing sales within the department to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
To respond promptly and efficiently to any suspected fraudulent activity
Essential Skill and Attributes
You must have a keen interest in fashion. You should be fashion focused and trend aware.
You must be a ‘people person’; interested in and keen to build strong relationships with both customers and our external partners.
Excellent communication skills - you must be fluent in both languages English and French
You should be keen to take on a challenge, whether this be increased sales targets or responding to any problems that may arise.
It is essential you understand the importance of meeting deadlines and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
