French Speaking Customer Assistant

NRG are delighted to be working on behalf of a rapidly growing business in the fashion industry who are looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to work on a three month temporary basis with opportunities to be made permanent in North Tyneside.

You must have a passion for fashion, an interest in brands, speak fluent French and be able to communicate effectively with customers all over the world


Hourly Rate: £7.50 per hour

Shift Pattern is based on a rotation: 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm on different days working the occasional Saturday.


Main Duties

  • To provide customers with excellent product and services knowledge.

  • To provide customers with a satisfactory resolution to any issues they may encounter during the order and delivery processes.

  • To develop and maintain consistent, efficient service levels across multi channels – Email, Live Chat and Contact centre.

  • Proactive in pushing sales within the department to achieve both individual and team sales targets.

  • To respond promptly and efficiently to any suspected fraudulent activity


Essential Skill and Attributes


  • You must have a keen interest in fashion. You should be fashion focused and trend aware.

  • You must be a ‘people person’; interested in and keen to build strong relationships with both customers and our external partners.

  • Excellent communication skills - you must be fluent in both languages English and French

  • You should be keen to take on a challenge, whether this be increased sales targets or responding to any problems that may arise.

  • It is essential you understand the importance of meeting deadlines and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
