Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

NRG is looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic and forward thinking IT & Digital Recruitment Division in support of our rapid growth plans over the next year.

You will be responsible for supporting both the Perm and Contract team in sourcing candidates for specific IT specialisms for high profile clients across the region within a range of varied industry types. You will support the contract division by managing the day-to-day payroll queries, drawing up contracts, chasing invoices, compliance checking and general administration updates.

Main areas of focus:

  • Proactively sourcing suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, database searches and social media
  • Creating and posting job adverts on various platforms, ensuring that this portrays both NRG and our clients in a professional manner
  • Promptly responding to inbound job applications
  • Screening candidates through CV and application sifts to assist IT team
  • Managing on-boarding compliance checks
  • Ensuring candidate records are compliant with UK legislation and industry standards
  • Accurately maintaining office systems and databases
  • Manage payroll & chase invoices of existing contractors
  • Being a point of contact for all new starters within their first month.
  • Draw up contracts for new appointments

Personal attributes/previous experience:

  • Excellent English skills – written and spoken
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven organisation skills
  • Administration background
  • Focus and commitment
  • The ability to confidently use initiative and own judgement
  • A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals
