Recruitment Account Manager – greenbean RPO

Location: Quorum Park, Newcastle

Due to exciting business growth and several new client wins greenbean RPO is hiring! We are looking for an experienced recruitment Account Manager to join the team at our Quorum Park head office.

The Account Manager will engage with both clients and candidates. You will build and maintain relationships whilst proactively managing all elements of Account delivery. A key aspect of your role will include internal and external Management Information and volume candidate management.

Working closely with the Talent Delivery Hub, you will support all aspects of the recruitment journey. The recruitment Account Manager will be required to forge relationships with key stakeholders and to build and maintain the candidate pipeline to ensure high levels of fulfilment.

greenbean offer flexible working including two days home working per week, onsite car parking and a range of other exciting benefits. This role involves occasional travel therefore a full driving licence is desirable.
