Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
NRG is looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join the greenbean by NRG team. This role is based between our Newcastle upon Tyne head office and on-site at our client sites in Washington and Sunderland.
The Account Manager will have a proven track record of success in managing volume recruitment, ideally as part of an on-site Managed Service provision.
The role will be focused on managing a highly successful existing account, placing temporary workers in the North East’s automotive manufacturing industry.
Excellent stakeholder management skills are a must to enable the Account Manager to seamlessly take over the day to day management of this crucial account. Experience in a manufacturing environment is certainly desirable.
The Account Manager should have experience of working at pace and to deadlines, whilst managing several parts of the recruitment journey at once. They will thrive when working independently and have the ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
