Due to exciting business growth and several new client wins greenbean RPO is hiring! We are looking for an experienced recruitment Account Manager to join the team at our Quorum Park head office.
The Account Manager will engage with both clients and candidates. You will build and maintain relationships whilst proactively managing all elements of Account delivery. A key aspect of your role will include internal and external Management Information and volume candidate management.
Working closely with the Talent Delivery Hub, you will support all aspects of the recruitment journey. The recruitment Account Manager will be required to forge relationships with key stakeholders and to build and maintain the candidate pipeline to ensure high levels of fulfilment.

Completing an REC qualification means you can add letters after your name: CertRR, CertRP, CertIHR, DipRM or DipRL depending on the level taken.
