Salary: £17,500

Due to exciting growth, we have an opportunity to join the Business Administration team at NRG’s modern Head Office based at Quorum Park, North Tyneside on an initial 3-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Business Administration Team Lead, you will join a team who are responsible for a variety of administrative and reception-based tasks in a thriving recruitment business.

There may also be the opportunity for flexible start and finish times, work from home days, and for the right person, the opportunity for the role to go permanent.

Main Areas of Focus:

  • Managing a telephone switchboard, directing calls, and taking messages.
  • Greeting candidates and clients – offering refreshments and directing to meeting areas.
  • Formatting CVs.
  • Posting job adverts online.
  • Answering candidate queries via telephone and email.
  • Supporting the administration team with vetting procedures.
  • Adhoc administrative tasks.
