Autumn’s Call VIP event will take place on Wednesday 28th September at npower, Houghton le Spring.
This NRG event is dedicated to senior professionals in the contact centre industry and offers the opportunity to connect, network and share leading practice ideas with representatives from the North’s leading businesses.

The seminar will centre on the support npower offers to people with dyslexia. npower has supported people with dyslexia for many years and has real expertise on advising people and their managers. With 10% of people affected to one extent or another by autism, dyslexia or often both, the team are introducing the same kind of support for people on the autistic spectrum. The support covers simple awareness for managers, through to how to put simple measures in place to support. Lesley Blower from npower’s Learning Resource Centre will talk about their journey and challenges faced to become an Autistic Friendly Zone.
Following the seminar delegates will enjoy a tour of npower’s contact centre operation.
