Registration Open – L&D Hub

NRG is proud to work in partnership with the Call Centre Management Association, CCMA to bring to you the Learning & Development Hub.

The Hub aims to encourage networking and the sharing of best practice ideas between L&D Practitioners and Training Managers in the North East. Ann-Marie Stagg will join us as facilitator of the session which will explore ‘Team Manager Capability’ and ‘Inductions’.

The Learning & Development Hub will take place on Tuesday 6th October.
