NRG supports North East Contact Centre Awards 2014
NRG is pleased to support the North East Contact Centre Awards, 2014. The event, now in its 11th year recognises the very best practitioners in the thriving contact centre industry. There are more than 145 call centres in the North East, employing around 160,000 staff and it’s these organisations and individuals who will be rewarded as part of the evening’s celebration.
Shona Harper from CCP and lead judge said “it’s always a fantastic evening which showcases the very best talent from the contact centre industry. We celebrate how our contact centres here in the North East are amongst the very best on a world stage and that we’re all proud to be part of that amazing success”.
Awards will include ‘Customer Experience Superstar’ and ‘Contact Centre Dream Team’ giving individual employees, teams and companies the chance to showcase their skills and achievements.
