Learning & Development Hub – January 2017
NRG is proud to work in partnership with the Call Centre Management Association, CCMA to bring to you the Learning & Development Hub.
The Hub aims to encourage networking and the sharing of best practice ideas between L&D Practitioners and Training Managers from the contact centre community in the North East.
Our January meeting will be held at Computershare Loan Services, the largest mortgage servicer in the UK at their Doxford Park contact centre.
Computershare is a global financial administration company founded in 1978 (in Melbourne) and have been listed on the Australian Securities Exchange since 1994. They came to the UK in 1995 with their HQ in Bristol and now employ over 16,000 people in over 20 countries to more than 16,000 clients and their 125 million customers. In 2016 Computershare acquired the Operations of the UKAR business (UK Asset Resolution).

We will hear about Computershare’s approach to learning and how they are supporting their colleagues through change. We will also take part in an interactive spotlight session on Creativity.
