This is a great opportunity to network with other representatives from the L&D community and find out about the latest trends, initiatives and work that is being carried out in the region.
Ann-Marie Stagg, CEO, CCMA will join us for this event which will centre on continuing team manager capability.
The event encourages networking and the sharing of best practice ideas between L&D practitioners and training managers from the North East’s contact centre community.
