ECCCSA 2016 – Winners Revealed

Congratulations to all winners and finalists at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards which were held last night at Park Lane Hotel, London.  With over 100 face to face judging visits and panel interviews, ECCCSA is the longest running and most robust contact centre awards which recognise talent throughout Europe.

The North East region has made us proud with companies such as Home Group, Virgin Money, EE and Fusion bringing home several Bronze and Silver Awards.  Atom Bank brought home the region’s only Gold Award of the evening for ‘Innovation in Digital Transformation’  Well done to everyone who reached the finals – to make the shortlist is a fantastic achievement and to be recognised as being the best in Europe is truly outstanding!

Nominations for next year’s European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards will open on 1st May 2017 with the Gala Dinner held on Tuesday 28th November 2017 at Evolution, Battersea Park, London.
