Call VIP February – registration open
NRG’s prestigious contact centre event will take place this February. Run in conjunction with Geoban – part of the Santander Group, this seminar will take place on Thursday 5th February.
Our Call VIP events offer senior contact centre professionals the opportunity to connect, network and share best practice information with other industry professionals. At NRG we are committed to an integrated approach to professional learning for all of our clients and extend this invitation to all contact centre professionals in the business community.
The topic for February’s Call VIP is sector benchmarking and Employee Engagement in the contact centre industry and its impact on customer service.
