Mental Health for HR&D Professionals: You support others, who is supporting you?

NRG HR offers HR&D professionals the opportunity to connect, network and share insights and best practice with fellow industry professionals.

We are delighted to collaborate together with Connecting HR North East and Mental Health Matters (MHM) to focus on the mental health of our HR&D community in an upcoming meet-up themed ‘You support others, who is supporting you?’

MHM is a registered charity providing mental health support services which includes delivering training to external organisations to raise awareness, tackle discrimination and stigma and help change the way mental health is viewed.

Claire-Louise Hall and Andrea Rutherford from MHM will give a short talk on mental health in the workplace, the increased responsibility for HR departments, and ways to support your own mental health whilst supporting others.  There will be ample opportunity for questions and informal networking.

This is a free event however the number of tickets is limited, and we kindly ask that if you book and can no longer attend that you cancel your ticket in advance to allow someone else to take your place.
