Leadership: Exploring ‘Radical Candor’ and its role in performance and relationships

L&D Communicate is back and this time we’re in Sunderland!

This is a free event hosted by NRG and the CIPD working together to promote best practice and is open to CIPD members and non-members.

The theme ‘Leadership: Exploring ‘Radical Candor’ and its role in performance and relationships’ will be suitable for HR, OD and Learning and Development professionals with all levels of experience.

Charlotte Angus from Mulberry Dragonfly ltd will facilitate the morning session sharing what ‘Radical Candor is and how this works with relationships and performance. This will be further explored with discussions around what action plans can be taken to show people they care personally and challenge directly (radical candor) and potential benefits to them and others.

This is a great opportunity to meet HR&D practitioners across the region to share experiences and techniques as well as discuss current challenges and spend time on your own CPD. There will be plenty of time to network, discuss and share ideas.
