L&D professionals invited to explore the art and science of thriving at work

Building on the themes of Creativity, Coaching, Mentoring & Leadership and successful visits to Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle, the next stop for ‘L&D Communicate’ is Gateshead.

This theme ‘Exploring the art and science of thriving at work’ which will be suitable for Learning and Development professionals with all levels of experience.

This is a free event hosted by the CIPD and NRG working together to promote best practice and is open to members and non-members.

Rob Baker founder and director of Tailored Thinking will share some models and evidence-led approaches from the fields of positive psychology and behaviour science during the event and there will be an opportunity for discussion about how these ideas can be applied by L&D and HR professionals to influence and increase flourishing in the workplace.

There will be plenty of time to network and discuss, and share ideas.

This is a great opportunity to meet L&D practitioners across the region to share experiences and technniques as well as discuss current challenges and spend time on your own CPD.

We are meeting at Valley Farm Dining & Carvery, First Ave, TVTE, Gateshead NE11 0NU – Tea and Coffee will be provided.
