Job Title: Social Media Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

The role will involve engagement of their social channels, delivering high performing social media content for marketing campaigns.

The role:

• Develop the social media strategy, increase presence across platforms and grow audiences.

• Maintain the social media presence for multiple brands, driving awareness, community, and advocacy.

• Measure and report performance of all channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Collaborate with the Ecommerce Team to optimise user experience.

• Manage external agencies.

About you:

• 2+ years’ experience in social media management (agency or client based).

• Experience managing multiple social media channels.

• Proven track record in growing a loyal following through engaging content.

• A strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.

• Confidence to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and departments.

• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative mind.
