Site Manager – Teesside

A respected residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee one of its key developments in the Teesside region. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a business focused on quality, community and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all on‑site labour, including subcontractors, to ensure progress aligns with the build programme.

• Ensuring full compliance with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.

• Coordinating with the Commercial team to ensure materials and subcontractor packages are ordered and scheduled correctly.

• Providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within housebuilding.

• NVQ Level 4 in Construction (or equivalent experience).

• Strong ambition to achieve industry awards and recognition.

• Confident leadership skills with the ability to manage a site team effectively.
