Risk Manager

Are you an experienced Financial Services professional who thrives at the intersection of Operations, Technology and Risk? We’re looking for a confident, engaging senior manager to help shape the future of our clients Savings function.

You’ll lead and coordinate a wide portfolio of governance activity across Operations, IT, Change and external partners - ensuring strong customer outcomes, robust control environments, and clear decision‑making at senior levels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and driving governance across Savings, Operations, Technology and outsourced providers

  • Chairing and facilitating IT Governance and Infrastructure Risk forums

  • Tracking regulatory, audit and operational performance, ensuring actions are delivered

  • Working cross‑functionally to identify customer, process and risk improvements

  • Managing supplier oversight and contract governance

  • Supporting strategic programmes and horizon‑scanning upcoming regulatory change

What you’ll bring

  • Strong background across Ops, Risk, Governance or Service Delivery within Financial Services

  • High‑level technical understanding (IT, infrastructure, operational resilience)

  • Experience engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, run governance cadence and influence outcomes

  • A collaborative, commercially aware mindset with excellent communication skills
