About the role
One of the region’s largest business membership organisations are looking to recruit a Knowledge Manager to join their experienced and passionate Policy and Knowledge team.
The role is key in driving the business knowledge programme and activities through member-led insight, using wider analysis and the development of creative strategies and products to deliver measurable impact.
Working with the Membership team, the successful candidate will ensure the knowledge programme is effective, relevant and drives positive membership growth.
As Knowledge Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the way in which the company continues to be a credible voice on behalf of businesses in the North East of England and nationally.
You will support the Relationship Managers and the Director of Membership to build a knowledge offer with a demonstrable impact on membership, with a focus on target sectors, geographies, and sizes of business.
There will also be a People Management and Organisational Development element to the role.

Benefits
£37,000 starting salary and flexible working over a 35-hour week.
Hybrid working is available.
