About the role
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you’ll be delivering a world-class service to major clients, supporting applications, platforms and Azure infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing
Managing and supporting infrastructure and microservices within a containerised environment
Responding to alerts and fixing problematic infrastructure
Attend troubleshooting calls with suppliers/integration partners (Game Providers, etc.)
Maintenance of source-controlled environments
Designing and maintaining monitoring, measuring and alerting systems
Progressing and resolving incidents within SLA
Proactively identifying potential issues, using monitoring solutions
Working with engineering teams to implement support for pre-existing and new products
What we are looking for
Experience delivering a support service to external customers ideally in a digital or online environment
The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology
Experience with Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure
Experience with Cloud provisioning tools such as Terraform
Strong understanding of Linux and to a lesser degree Windows Server Operating Systems
