Are you immediately available and have a good level of ER experience for a temporary role?
We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead initially for four weeks but expected to be longer to cover a period of sickness leave.
What will you be doing:
Dealing will general HR queries and providing guidance
Supporting Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
Keeping employee records up to date and compliance
What are they looking for:
HR Generalist experience
A good level of ER knowledge, especially note taking
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
