Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager
Salary: £40,000
We’re recruiting a Customer Engagement Manager to join an established global travel company that has over 6 million passengers. The role sits within the Engagement Marketing team and will play an important role in developing the automated communication journey for customers

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for developing the automated communication journey for customers via email and app communications.
Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialists to implement the automated processes.
Reporting to demonstrate the impact of transactional customer communication flows on the wider passenger business and sharing its influence with the wider organisation.
Utilising customer insight and business learnings to inform strategies and executions.
Support the management of a team of Digital Marketing Specialists ensuring effective time management and prioritisation across the broader digital marketing channels.
About you:
Skilled marketing professional with 3+ years’ extensive experience in CRM activity and content strategy.
Excellent working knowledge of email marketing and database engagement to optimise the customer journey to drive commercial results.
Experience of multiple language digital marketing activity across email, SMS and CRM activity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for data and the latest CRM technologies.
Excellent working knowledge of industry best practice tools, technologies and processes, including Google Analytics and ESPs.
Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional marketing qualification desirable.
