Dale Morris heads up the procurement and supply chain division with NRG, supporting public and private sector organisations with their requirements to recruit experienced procurement professionals into their procurement functions on a national basis throughout the UK. With almost 5 years of company experience, Dale began his journey managing a Tier 1 Automotive account of over 200 production operatives on a temp-to-perm model across 4 northeast locations, navigating various challenges throughout, including supply chain disruptions and a global pandemic. Dale transition into a 360-consultancy role within Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical recruitment and as a result of his success in this field has carved out an opportunity to manage the Procurement division where he continues to excel.
