Catherine heads up our Corporate Services division and has more than 20 years of experience working across various sectors including Finance, HR, Business Support, Marketing and Sales.

Leading a team of recruitment consultants with a key focus on HR, L&D, Talent, Finance and Business Support opportunities across many sectors.

The team work very closely together to engage with clients and candidates to ensure the best recruitment experience possible. This is seen through long-standing and valued relationships and high commitment from the consultants to do their best in any given situation.

As well as managing a team and working full time, Catherine is a mum to four young boys and life is never dull! when she does have a spare moment, she loves reading a good book and loves cooking nice meals for friends and family.

Working with Catherine this year has been fantastic. In particular I had a non-standard Payroll & HR Systems Manager role to fill and knew it would be tricky finding a candidate with technical expertise who would also be a strong fit into the team and culture. The candidates selected by Catherine were all of a really high calibre and that's testament to the time she took to really understand the business and listen to what we needed. Not all recruiters do this and it was a pleasure to see. We couldn't be happier with our latest team member and don't know how we managed before she joined.
