Customer, Products & Sales MI Analyst

Job Purpose

To produce actionable information based upon fact to monitor performance, provide accurate information to base decisions upon and increase the voice of the customer across the organisation

Main Responsibilities

  • Offer actionable insight based upon the data that is extracted and analysed.

  • Ensure there is one version of the truth that is reported and provide commentary upon performance to date and lessons to be learnt for the future.

  • Provide annual product review reports to demonstrate whether the product has met the stated objectives

  • Work across departments to coordinate a full explanation for results reported and be able to fully articulate these findings to key stakeholders.

  • Support the overall insight programme – including market research activities

  • Provide analysis, interpretation and reporting of audience Insight assets (existing and ad-hoc)

  • Develop strong relationships with data producers within the business.

  • Establish and maintain a network of stakeholders across the business

  • Help stakeholders understand the insights, and what they mean to the business

  • Develop regular updates for board, executive committee and the wider business to ensure the insight is shared as appropriate.

  • Continually review reporting to ensure it is fit for purpose.

  • Maintain a strong team relationship with the members of the Products and Marketing department.

Key Skills / Experience Required

  • Hold a relevant degree within Marketing / Analysis or proven theoretical research

  • Experience of working within an analytical role

  • Comfortable to present to senior stakeholders and communicate with various departments

  • Ambition / Can do attitude - huge opportunity for progression and development
