Customer Acquisition Manager
NORTH EAST

Responsible for delivering campaigns to generate new appointments and acquire new customers for our Advice / Third Party products.

 

Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Advice / Third Party elements of the Marketing strategy to support business targets.

  • Design, project manage and execute campaigns to acquire and retain new customers.

  • Utilise insight / data to segment and size the opportunity for Advice / Third Parties to improve marketing strategy and effectiveness

  • Build sales, design programmes and manage the funnel of new customers through key channels e.g. branch, web and telephony.

  • Develop relevant and effective content that will be used to across channels e.g. web, social media to generate new appointments and nurture leads.

  • Ensure budgets are monitored and used effectively, maximising value and return on investment.

 

Ownership of customer communications:

  • Development of the customer communications elements of the Advice / Third Party proposition

  • To ensure that all Advice / Third Party marketing materials and promotions are kept up to date and compliant and that records are kept of compliance sign-offs.

  • Act as the lead contact within Marketing Communications for Openwork / Third Party relationships

 

Be an active member of the Marketing Communications team:

  • Preparation of reports and management information to demonstrate marketing performance and support key decision making processes.

  • Attend and constructively contribute to team meetings, demonstrating an openness and willingness to challenge where appropriate.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with wider team members to achieve desirable customer, team and overall business outcomes.

  • Build and promote effective working relationships with key teams and stakeholders both within and outside of the Group.

 

Individual Development:

  • Proactively seek to continually develop personal skills and capabilities to deliver requirements of role

  • Experience of working in a financial services marketing role.

  • Experience of managing and delivering marketing campaigns across a range of media (DM, POS, email, press) with a specific focus on new customer acquisition

  • Digital Marketing Experience

  • Social media and content marketing experience

  • Experience of integrated marketing communications programmes
