12 month fixed term contract ( Maternity cover)

 

Role Purpose:

To support in providing and maintaining a fit for purpose Customer relationship management (CRM) system, this system will provide insight into current and future customer trends thus helping drive future business and business strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 To gather and analyse relevant data to influence marketing decisions and drive growth.

 To maintain a fit for purpose CRM system by liaising with functional teams to develop an understanding of their individual and business needs, determining where development is required

 To provide support to a team of CRM ‘superusers’, guiding them with more advanced functions

 To act as an advocate for the CRM system across the business to aid awareness of the system and drive its increased usage

 Where appropriate, to provide training and ongoing support on CRM database to members of the Commercial function and widerteams, providing a platform that underpins activity in Business Development, Bid Proposals, Performance Impact and Marketing alike

 To ensure integrity of data pertaining to clients, suppliers and contacts to provide reliable and up to date lists for Marketing campaigns, proactive Business Development and Performance Impact measurement

 To handle data in a manner that complies with relevant legislation

 To manage the administration of the CRM database, including segmentation of data, duplicate records and pipeline data, liaising with other functions to ensure accuracy

 To analyse data sources, turning this information into meaningful and insightful observations and recommendations for a range of stakeholders

 To use analytics and interpret user data to drive, inform and shape successful marketing campaigns and content

 To support the Strategic Marketing, Performance Impact, Bid Proposals and Sales teams in reporting and analysing their CRM data where appropriate

 To aid in the development of the CRM, dashboards and reports as required

 To assist in developing relevant stakeholder maps and insights into influencing and buyer decision making

 To track and interpret key performance indicators from the commercial team to aid business decision making.
