Accounts Assistant

I'm working with an established industrial business near Blaydon on the look out for an experienced Accounts Assistant. Reporting into the Director and Company Secretary, main duties will include:

 

** Purchase Ledger

** Sales Ledger

** Invoice Processing

** Credit Control

** Bank reconciliations

** Order Processing

** Coding, matching, batching

** Switchboard cover

 

The role will suit somebody who has been there, seen it and done it in a similar role. A candidate with a strong Accounts background willing to work in an industrial environment and get stuck into any task as necessary. This is a great company and it needs a candidate who can muck in. Working hours are 8-5 Mon-Thurs and 8-2:30pm on Friday.

 

This role is unlikely to offer progression, however would offer a fantastic career within a business that is profitable and extremely stable.

 

Experience in Sage would be beneficial.
