Our client is an established organisation within the housing association. Due to growth and expansion they are looking to recruit 4 IT Business support specialists.

 

Role purpose:

 

To be an enthusiastic colleague, committed to providing the highest possible standard of service to customers and giving guidance, support and direction as appropriate.

To be accountable for delivering the highest possible standard of ICT services in the area of ICT system support and advice for the team.

To identify opportunities for improvement and address any concerns, providing guidance/training/ feedback to support service delivery.

Act as a positive member of the ICT team, collaborating with other colleagues across departments and supporting a culture that delivers results and service excellence, and promotes the comoany values and brand.

To participate in the ICT on-call and out of hours working rota as appropriate, additional terms and conditions will apply to these arrangements

  • Contribute to the success of your team through the delivery of ICT services, as a member of the ICT Team

  • Collaborate with, and support others in the team, creating a team environment that enables everyone to perform at their best

  • Act as a role model for the Group’s values and culture.

  • Embed structural and cultural business change and service improvement, through collaboration and implementation of service strategies and plans.

 

  • Maintain up to date professional certifications in appropriate technologies to support the ICT Service Desk in maintaining systems availability and front line resolution of customers ICT incidents

  • Maintain the ICT Service Desk Incidents promptly and to the published advice and guidance standards

  • Responsible for front line support of mobile, desk and telephone devices. Keeping accurate records of issued devices, replacements and returns.

  • Liaison with the Technical team providing information and support to allow 2nd line diagnosis of appropriate incidents.

  • To provide project support for software implementation and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Work closely with the rest of the ICT team to ensure we embrace and actively utilise technology solutions across the business

  • To support the front line Business Support providing on-site end user services as appropriate and provide support between 7am and 7pm based on the support rota.

  • Deliver training materials, courses and implementation guides across the group companies and services provided to other 3rd parties.

  • To provide support to other team members in other specialist areas as time, skills and training

 

 

 

Salary: £22,500 plus excellent benefits.
