Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk
NORTH EAST

This is an urgent requirement for an experience Purchase Ledger clerk to join the finance and administration team of a large manufacturing organisation in the South Tyneside area for a period of 12 months.

 

You will have strong Purchase Ledger skills, having already worked in a fast paced Accounts Payable function previously and have a good understanding of end to end Purchase Ledger.

 

Duties will include:

  • Matching, batching and coding of invoiced

  • High volume invoice processing

  • Processing payment runs on a weekly basis

  • Statement reconciliation

  • Acting as the first point of contact for any queries

 

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel are essential for this role.

 

My client is looking to hold interviews next week with a view to the successful candidate starting in the first week of June, therefore you must be immediately available or with a maximum of 1 week notice period.
