NRG are currently recruiting for a Secretary to join our prestigious client based in Newcastle City Centre.

 

Duties of the role include:-

  • Organise and coordinate meetings

  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint

  • Diary management

  • Arrange worldwide travel for colleagues

  • Provide information packs for colleagues that are travelling

  • Make all arrangements for visiting guests

  • Arrange corporate entertainment and gifts

  • Provide a flexible and proactive support service to the department and geographical area

  • Prompt preparation and distribution of accurate correspondence and documents

  • Ensure copies of correspondence are saved and filed appropriately

  • Produce reports including quotes and spreadsheets

  • General office administration

To be considered for the role you must have:-

  • Recent and significant secretarial experience

  • Experience working within professional services

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
