NRG are currently recruiting for a dynamic and talented Customer Service Manager to join our Newcastle based marketing client.

 

We are keen to talk to candidates who have excellent people management skills and can create a work environment in which everyone thrives and delivers on KPI’s.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Plan the resource management of the team

  • Implement the QA process, identifying areas for improvement and create tailored development plans for each team member

  • Create and implement all training programmes for new and existing team members

  • Record and track KPI’s within the team

  • Professionally resolve escalated complaints promptly and efficiently

  • Ensure the team are complaint with all company policy, procedures and regulatory requirements

Skills and Experience:-

  • Recent and considerable experience as a Customer Service Manager – including outbound calling experience

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Ability to translate skills to other employees through training and mentoring
