We have some fantastic opportunities to work with a leading third-party mortgage servicer at Doxford Park in Sunderland.
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work as part of a busy call centre within the Collections Department.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will help customers who are experiencing financial difficulties, assisting them to make repayment arrangements and also offer them financial options and guidance according to their individual needs. This is a great opportunity to make a difference through your work.
This position involves a mix of both inbound and outbound calls with customers and every call will offer a different challenge.
You don’t need contact centre experience to apply, just strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and listening skills together with a friendly, empathetic and resilient nature is a must for this role.
You will receive extensive training and development.
This is a full time, permanent contract offering a rewarding salary of up to £17,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus, a benefits package including 25 days holiday, stakeholder pension scheme and much more!

Shifts for this role are rotational and you should be flexible to work between the opening hours of the department which are Monday to Friday 8am – 9pm and occasional Saturdays and/or Sundays (usually 1 in 3) 8.30am – 6pm with rota days off during the week for working on a weekend.
