We are looking for a number of individuals to bring energy and a positive can do attitude to the work place. Your experience may have been gained in any sector, but most importantly you will be able to demonstrate success and build a rapport with customers. To be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional listening skills and the ability to provide a first class customer service.
Required by you:
Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey
Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers
Demonstrate outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing
Achieve personal and team targets and adhere to all policies and procedures
All calls are Inbound
These roles are temporary for 12 weeks then a permanent contract and invlove no sales

40 hours per week, shift pattern, 5 out of 7 days between Monday – Sunday 7.55am – 8pm.
