Business Quality Manager

The Role:

The individual would be an integral part of a busy business quality team responding to deadlines and service levels that require a focus and dedication to quality and principles of the business.

 

A full training schedule will be offered in order to help the successful candidate become familiar with the business standards required of investment advisers when reviewing business quality.

Key Duties:

  • Quality assess both pre - sale and post -sale client reviews

  • Provide feedback to advisers

  • Reporting to the Business Standards Director

 

Key Skills:

Candidates who are working towards the Advanced Diploma would be preferred.

Experienced in reviewing pension and investment to include:

  • Personal pensions switches

  • Investments including off shore Bonds

  • Protection

  • Corporate Protection & pensions (auto enrolment)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential requirements of the role.
