NRG are working exclusively with a large organisation in the healthcare sector and due to their continued growth are looking to recruit a Head of Service Delivery.

 

Duties for this role include:

  • Responsible for strategic planning across a range of specialised technical areas, together with responsibility for the management of the support and delivery teams which includes operational management, application management support and both clinical and non-clinical training services, and where applicable external business development.

  • Responsible for the production of detailed operational performance plans / time lines / update reports for the Director, management team and Board and to ensure confidence in the quality of the service is maintained.

  • Responsibility and accountability for all service management functions ensuring that they are delivered in line with current ITIL standards and operating model.

  • Responsible for the implementation and deployment of the key strategic focus of service delivery that support the delivery programme

  • Be responsible for the development and application of systems, control processes and risk management arrangements that ensure full compliance with internal and external governance procedures

  • To lead, inspire and motivate others to high performance by agreeing clear goals and objectives, providing support and guidance and creating opportunities for development

  • To contribute to the development of a culture of high engagement, where staff are empowered and entrusted to provide the best services and care for patients

  • To promote and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement to deliver better services for service users and patients

 

Salary: £49,000 plus fantastic public sector benefits.
