Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

NRG are working with a marketing agency based in Gosforth who are on the look out for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join their gaming team. As a key member of the team and company, you will be managing the user experience online whilst establishing and optimising the customer funnel, ensuring high levels of conversion for all managed sites online.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

 

- Review and optimise all on-site user journeys

- Utilise an online CRO system to understand how players interact with the site

- Plan and execute continuous A/B testing

- Work with the UX team to develop improvements to user experience across all devices

- Provide detailed reporting on on-site customer conversion; both on a regular and ad-hoc basis

- Maintain a constant awareness of all competitor and industry activity

 

Skills and experience we are looking for:

 

- You must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and provide examples how analytical you are in more recent experience

- Good eye for detail when it comes to user experience

- Able to liaise with stakeholders and management

- Previous use of conversion optimisation tools

- Experience using Business Intelligence software

- Experience in the gaming or e-commerce sector, however this is not essential
