We are looking for customer focused individuals to join a leading brand in the world of financial services on 30th April.


You’ll be joining a supportive team in a busy, fast paced environment. You’ll be handling queries from customers regarding their finances. You’ll also be performing administrative tasks such as letter writing and updating in house systems.

Although it would be a bonus, you don’t need previous experience within financial services as you’ll be provided with a comprehensive training programme. As long as you have a strong background in customer service and administration then we’d love to hear from you!

Your starting salary will be £17,005 - £18,340 per annum, however, there’ll be clear steps mapped out for progression up the scale. You’ll also receive a fantastic benefits package!


Shift patterns operate on a four week rota basis. You’ll work 3 weeks of dayshift (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, 8am – 4pm and 10am – 6pm). Once a month you’ll work a later shift of Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm including weekend working (Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm), however, you’ll get two rota days off during the week for working at the weekend.


These roles are full time and permanent.
