Marketing Manager


Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of the Groups marketing strategy.


Main Areas of Focus:

  • Creation of tactical content to deliver the Group’s marketing strategy

  • Management of collateral production to support the achievement of business sales targets through the design and delivery of marketing materials such as candidate and client brochures, social media content, press releases, email marketing campaigns and microsites

  • Proactive engagement with clients to develop partnerships for targeted PR activity e.g. testimonials and press releases

  • Production of both written and visual marketing content

  • Implementation and development of the companies websites and microsites

  • Delivering both adhoc and targeted marketing campaigns

  • Management of NRG’s membership and associations


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing

  • A creative marketing professional with experience of promoting an already strong brand

  • An individual who thrives when working at pace and brings energy to their role

  • A delivery focused marketer who possesses a strong desire to see tasks through to completion

  • Experience of developing and building upon a solid digital marketing presence to create further opportunities for business growth

  • An excellent stakeholder manager with experience of managing relationships with external agencies and outsourced providers

  • Experience of leading a team to deliver excellent results
