Maintaining and Updating the Admissions spreadsheet
Being a main contact for all enquiries
Answering emails from the admissions inbox
Liaising with central admissions, programme directors to successfully process applications within target timings.
Preparing and issuing amended offer decisions
Processing withdrawals and deferrals
Maintaining regular contact with offer holders
Escalating complex enquiries and application issues to Assistant Programme Manager
Arranging applicant interviews
Ensuring all telephone enquiries are managed effectively
When workloads and priorities dictate, to undertake and assist with tasks across the team.
Processing all applications from enquiry to offer.
