Head of Business to Business Sales

Location - UK based with extensive travel

Role Summary

The Head of Business to Business Sales will be an integral part of the Senior Management team who will make a significant contribution to the business. They will be responsible for finding new Franchisees, Corporate Clients and 3rd party agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • To gain new Franchisees, Corporate Travel clients and 3rd party agents.

  • Deliver against set sales targets.

  • Carry out business analysis to identify profitable business to business areas of growth.

  • Design, develop and implement suitable strategies for acquiring suitable new business.

  • Manage a small sales team.

Competencies Required

  • Able to sell effectively Business to Business.

  • Have a robust knowledge of franchising.

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure objectives are successfully met.

  • Be a highly skilled communicator with strong negotiation skills with a desire to build strong, mutually beneficial business relationships to deliver sales.

  • Be highly analytical and highly commercial with a strong command and knowledge of business performance metrics.

  • Be forward thinking and a team player.

  • Be able to prioritise effectively and deliver within pre-agreed deadlines.

  • Have the ability to lead and develop staff members.

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

  • Have the ability to be a successful participant in the Senior Management team that provides company leadership and direction.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • 3+ years’ experience of working in a senior Business to Business sales role.

  • Be able to demonstrate a strong sales track record showcasing your experience in selling.
