Product Management Lead

We are looking for bright, innovative and credible people to lead a talented team and join our client as a Product Management Lead. These are senior roles taking overall accountability for the full product range within their Operations Teams ensuring the strategic and operational needs of the business are met. We are seeking Product Management Leads for each of our 3 divisions:

To be a success in this role you will have:

  • Proven Product Management experience 

  • Experience of end to end delivery of great products

  • Experience managing a team with strong leadership skills

  • Ability to make measured and insightful judgements

  • A collaborative working mentality, accustomed to brainstorming, measuring, testing, and iterating in search of optimal ROI and value to the player 

  • A degree in business or technology (desirable)

  • Experience working in a consumer focused or technical business (desirable)

  • Understanding of the online gaming industry (desirable)

  • Experience working in sprints with an understanding of Agile methodologies (desirable)

  • Experience using Atlassian software (desirable)

 

You’ll use the above to:

  • Lead and motivate a talented team of Product Managers, Promotions and Designers

  • Fashion an environment which encourages collaboration to develop individuals skills and performance

  • Alongside the Product Managers, create and drive a product development roadmap in line with business objectives that focuses on providing the best possible player experience

  • Create processes and ways of working in a collaborative manner to deliver products on time while maintaining quality standards and championing the player at all times

  • Communicate with key people from other teams – marketing, IT, customer service, compliance and Central Product to ensure effective, timely and consistent delivery of products across the team

  • Represent your Operational team to the wider business when required

  • Hands-on ownership and ‘championing’ of your own product range

  • Perform analysis of product performance against commercial KPIs

  • Understand player behaviour, gaming trends and competitor activity/products

  • Understand what makes a great game – how it looks, how it plays, the mechanics of a game, what operational and financial success looks like

  • Deliver market leading products using techniques such as A/B testing, heat mapping, session cam, player panel to inform customer insight

  • Product launch planning and communication with all stakeholders, including the home team

  • Offer your expertise and insight, to enhance the product and business decision making process

  • Contribute to other business wide projects or activities, in line with business requirements

  • Work with Promotions to create a promotional strategy that meets commercial KPIs
